My legs: rocks on the outside, rick flare titty soft on the inside. ok not that bad

If you go too wide on squat it's hard on the knees because of the angle. For me the angle is bad if I'm more than 2 in. on either side from shoulder width. The inside of your legs is the hamstring. Try wider stance straight leg deadlifts. That might help.
