Ok, I was exaggerating in the softness of the inside, but they are considerably softer. There isn't a lot of fat there at all, but there just isn't as much muscle mass. The reason why is because I do almost exclusively squats (atf, fairly wide stance and feet angled out slightly). I don't particularly want to do more squat variations, but I would like an excercise that could target the inner leg to a higher degree to add in to my workout. And please, don't say the "yes/no machine".
