Hi, I'm new posting here, and wanted to share one of my workouts on the board... a friend of mine told me that the training fourm here was really supportive and had a lot of informative cats. I am hoping to learn and maybe help out a little bit along the way!
Cambered Bar Squats Bar x 10, 135x10, 185x10, 225x8, 275x5
-- It's been a while since I've used this type of weight... I have been doing 20 rep squats and just decided to bring my weight up a bit ... as my injury is feeling a little better.
Zercher Squats -- 135x10, 185x8, 205x8, 225x6
Stiff Legged Dead Lifts -- 135x10, 225x10, 225x10, 225x10
Calf Rases -- Standing, on machine -- Stack + 45 x 20 x 3 sets.
