Your weight is dependent on your food intake and judging by your body weight I would say you are not eating nearly enough. 159? You need to start power eating man. Fuck those abs and start stuffing your face. A lot of shit makes you gain water weight and it sounds like you have gained 5 lean pounds and maybe more if you are losing body fat in only a few weeks. You may have lost two pounds of fat and gained 7 pounds of muscle and for a guy who weighs 155 that is a huge jump in two weeks.
