My impressions of 1st Beastdrol cycle..so so gains

3000 cals isn't anything special broski... the magic starts at 5000. the only bad part is getting used to a sore asshole for the first couple weeks. :FRlol:
 
You say your strength is way up but you are not gaining weight............ cmon man, if your strength is way up then the shit your taking is working. Your weight is dependent on your food intake and judging by your body weight I would say you are not eating nearly enough. 159? You need to start power eating man. Fuck those abs and start stuffing your face. A lot of shit makes you gain water weight and it sounds like you have gained 5 lean pounds and maybe more if you are losing body fat in only a few weeks. You may have lost two pounds of fat and gained 7 pounds of muscle and for a guy who weighs 155 that is a huge jump in two weeks.
 
Another important thing to remember here is - i'm just speaking from the top of my head - from whatever i've read on the beast, water retention isn't an issue with this stuff. Which means you've gained serious lean mass bro...and jesus, 5 lbs of lean muscle in 2 weeks is something you should be happy about, i reckon :biggrin: and hopefully with your diet dialed in and training on the spot, you should see a bit more before the cycle ends...
 
I haerd the magic happens starting week 3.
so you're getting leaner and adding muscle at the same time, sounds like a good cycle so far after only 2 weeks. Bump protein up to 2x bw as miplank suggested
 
im in week 5 of a beast and diesel with t3 and clen cycle...my gains are solid, ive put on weight and ive lost fat. im more than happy with the results
 
5'7" 155lbs and you're complaining about the prospect of being up 16 lbs in 8 weeks? And leaner to boot? Seriously? How much size did you gain w/o supps, big boy?


wow..no need for the insults man..I use to be 125lbs. I'm just wondering what I'm suppose to expect and if I'm doing anything wrong. obviously, I need to eat more and thats what I'm going to do
