thx for the replies from everyone else. I will update again in a couple of weeks. I'm 15x lbs and I just did 335lbs on flat bench press, which is my record high. so i know its definitely working. When you guys say week 4-8 which will be my pct. Do most ppl still experience strong gains during these weeks? I thought these were just maintaining weeks?
