As much as this witty banter has entertained me, I thought I might interrupt it for just a second and give the latest update....184# on the scale today...but more importantly, I threw up 110# dumbbells on incline bench today for 6 reps, which is only 4 reps shy of my pre-injury strength.....so I am almost there.
Now....who told you guys about my "sexually related arrest!!!!!! (and for the record, I dont see how walking down the street after the bars close at 3am with a midget on my shoulders, and carrying a roll of duct tape, a garden hose, and a rubber ducky can be considered in any way, shape, or form "probable cause" for a cop to stop and question me)
