As much as this witty banter has entertained me, I thought I might interrupt it for just a second and give the latest update....184# on the scale today...but more importantly, I threw up 110# dumbbells on incline bench today for 6 reps, which is only 4 reps shy of my pre-injury strength.....so I am almost there.

Now....who told you guys about my "sexually related arrest!!!!!! (and for the record, I dont see how walking down the street after the bars close at 3am with a midget on my shoulders, and carrying a roll of duct tape, a garden hose, and a rubber ducky can be considered in any way, shape, or form "probable cause" for a cop to stop and question me)

yea....again....sorry about that. Its just that if I would have known you were going to be that wiggly when I carried you, I never would have entered you in that midget vs stripper wrestling in KY match. (and for the record, that bitch should have been disqualified....she crossed the line man, crossed the line)

anyway....Im on week 4 now, and lets just say that if I have learned just one thing while trying out this cycle its this....always have some extra cash laying around in case a good product is going to be pulled off the shelf so you can stock up.....This shit is the bomb.
