My High Carb low calorie diet

Well, I just started this way of eating and trust me I think about it all the time... Is it right? Is it Wrong... but I felll great.. tight full and leaner...

So Im saving my self tons of cash by not having to go through 10lbs of protein per week.
 
Trust me, I know exactly what you're saying...and it's strange! lol!
I'd like to see pics to see if we're anything alike in build.
I think the number one thing that keeps the diet working for me is that I can lift harder. If you're like me than when you drop them carbs too low, your workouts suck ass. I know mine do.
And it's a scientific fact that carbs are "protein sparing" so as long as you are taking a decent amount of protein (.5g per lb of bw)
you won't lose much muscle. I mean, if you're on a diet your body will use up that fat if the muscle tissue is being used.
Anywayz, keep us posted on results. I'm actually starting a diet phase myself (should be down under 230 from 240 in a few weeks).

I find it hard to convinve myself that I dont need all that exess protein. I mean the mags have pushed high protein since I could remember. I hit maybe 120 today... Im in withdrawls hehehe... My carbs are 250 though... Markus reinhardt says I should drop protein to 100 and increase carbs to 350 and I will get fast results.. hmmm maybe next week... I did good this week on my diet...
 
Regardless if it works or not it's good to see people attempting other things that what is preached. I love to experiment with different diets to see what works which is why I know what I can and can't do to get results. After a couple of weeks of this diet you'll know if it works or not. You could theorize for weeks on "if" something will work, but why not just try it and see for yourself.

I'm also glad to hear people are doing something different from the low carb fad diet of this era. I see that you are on a pretty high fat intake. This is a good thing. You'll keep your strength and fool your body to burn body fat.

I bet you feel strong and NO HEADACHES. How many people on the low carb diet can say that?!?
 
i have been trying to tell people about this diet : 60% carbs 30% protein 10 % fat (hence the name sixtythirty ten) but nobody on this board listend to me and I got flamed because I was preaching high carbs and not high protein and high fat. anyway, glad to hear some people are using this diet as it is much more healthier for you and it can also get you big and ripped.
 
well my waist is down 1 inch in one week...and lost 3 pounds...
looking very muscular! I am now very excited to see whats in store a few more weeks.
