My Hefty Upcoming Bulking Cycle!

With that cycle and your current size, everyone is going to know your on. Not entirely a bad thing, but I'm sure you don't want everyone to know that you are doing roids. That is a pretty hefty cycle. With that said, I am sure if you do it, you will gain a decent amount of size.

Sitting ab crunches. I sit on my heels and pull 190lbs down using my abs on the trcips push-down machine.


As for food. I don't have a specific diet. I eat atleast 300g's of protein each day and take in atleast 5000 calories as well. I drink 1 or 2 Nlarge MRP shakes (600 calories, 52g's protein) throughout the day as well, depending on my i feel and if i have time.

Okay don't take this as a flame. It's meant only as constructive criticism.

Your routine, in my opinion, sucks. You are going for mass. There is no reason to be in the 6-10 rep range. You are also vastly overtraining. 30 + sets per workout??????????????? Cut that back to no more than maybe 6 work sets TOPS.

Get rid of the isolation crap. Forget leg curls and leg extensions. And where's the deadlifts?

5000 cals is decent, but you may have a really fast metabolism. Try 7k cals. Liquid calories can be a big help. Try taking in a gallon of iced tea every day. That's about another 1500 cals, and it goes down like water (won't fill you up).


Okay, for real, you need to come on over to the training forum. You could put on another 30 lbs naturally if you got your shit together.

Conserning the winny or anadrol....yes they are different sides of the chart. Most people use winny to cut up, but thats not the only thing that it can be used for. I will most likely go with anadrol though, just have to consider a little bit more.

I've never ended a cycle with fast acting gear such as prop, so I'm still unsure when I should start post cycle. The EQ will be out of my system by the time the cycle ends, so when would you guys suggest I start post cycle therapy?

I know that is ALOT of gear for a long time. I plan to near completely change my physique. I'm not worried about gaining much fat as stated before, my metabolism being so high. I will get blood tests done and cholesterol checked every month or so. Thanks bro! Karma to all who help!

ok guys, your right. Dosages too high for too long. I apologize for being so hard-headed. Here is the cycle, how does it look now?

Dbol, 30mg/ed, 1-5wks
Test Enth, 750mg/wk, 1-10wks
Tren, 75mg/eod, 5-12wks
Test Prop, 100mg/eod, 13-16wks
Nolva, 20mg/ed, 1-6wks

I will adjust my training routine as needed, although this routine has given me some of the best results. (its the arnold routine) I will do like suggested and try taking in 7k calories a day, but fuck tahts gonna be hard! And conserning the sweet tea idea, i never even thought baout that. Karma to you slobber, I really appreciate you guys help. There have been many time the good bro's on here have helped me out and i want to thank each and everyone one of you. Again I appreciate it!
