My hands hurt WAY too much, Why?

Everytime I do certain exercises, including shrugs with dumbells or lateral raises etc.. my hands become very stiff and I have to stop the exercise because the pain is unbearable in my palms.

I try not to squeeze as hard, so I can allow some blood flow throughout each hand, but they still hurt once I somewhat complete an excercise.

Anyone know what I can do to solve my problem?
 
sounds like your grip needs work, but i may be wrong. im no expert. when i do heavy shrugs, i use straps. that may be a temporary solution. you may want to consider seeing a doc.
