I had gyno surgery just over 1 month now. The lump in my left side was somewhat of a disc in shape and about an inch in diameter and 3/8" thick. It was not fatty tissue but a swolen gland with barely detectable glandular tubing? (forgive me if my anatomical description is rusty) running from my armpit to the gland located directly underneath the nipple. The right side was the same only the swolen gland was smaller in size (3/4" diameter and ~ 3/16" in diameter). The glands seemed to increase while on cycle and decrease when off. Although, the net result ended up being larger each cycle. I had a plastic surgeon agree to remove them for $800; therefore I decided to proceed with the surgery.
I was only "off" about two weeks from test, anavar, winny usage when I had the surgery. I regret not waiting a little longer now. Two days after surgery I began to bleed subcutaneously. This bleeding continued on both sides to the point of about 40ml of blood on the left side and about 60ml on the right side. I was black and blue all across my chest and down my sides.
I would advise of two things to anyone who has this surgery:
1) Wait longer than I did (2 weeks) after cycle to have the surgery done because of bleeding worse while "on"
2) Kepp the ACE bandage on for at least a week (except only while showering) **Following RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) would be good** I took it off after two days and it happened overnight while I was asleep. I believe it could have been prevented probably by simply keeping the ACE bandage on longer.
The blood was drained 2-3 times by my doctor and I even drained it a couple of times myself. The left side is about 99% at theis point and the right side abou 85% recovered. I still have about 5-6ml clotted blood in right side.

I agree with Latamier, just give it some time and It will be fine.
