My gym moved

next door. So not far to go :)

haven't been there yet, opening on Monday

but they sent me a flyer.
according the ground plan there are 2 stories,

ground level - entrance floor - toning, cardio studio group exercise are etc :)

lower level (udnerground) - dumdbell room, weights floor, bumpers area

it's good that the cardio bunnies will be on a separate level, the roof is lower, and so less boom when I drop the bumpers :)

Air-conditioned, which is nice, or maybe not.

new music...yah, about time...

upgraded strength training equipment --> hopes for a GHR...

I hear that. If I had the money I'd build my own home gym. That'd be ideal for me.

I have the money, just no space :(

All I need is a Powerrack, adjustable bench, bar, bumper plates, platform, adjustable dumbell set (which I already have), GHR and I'm set :)

I have power rack, adjustable bench, 500+ pounds of weights, dumbbells, bands, dip/chin stand - It's pretty much all I need. I would love a GHR, reverse hyper, and a calf raise machine.

calf raise machine is a waste IMO :)

I just have a hard time training my calves at home. I've been doing one-leg calf raises which are pretty good. My calves are very stubborn.

read my training journal, my calves went from 16.75 to 17.125 in a few weeks after I started doing these calf jumps and tempo sprints :)

off course olys and the pulls I do onto toes help as well

Not a bad price, imo. Somewhere on here theres a post by Powerlifter 148 who built a wooden RH. Might check it out too.
