My girlfriend needs some advice

She is 5'7" 135-140 lbs... she was 120 when we met and she would like to go back to that. she is worried about building large bulky muscles, she wants to be toned... her problem areas are her stomach, thighs and butt... can anyone suggest a beginner and intermediate workout plan for her... she really wants to lose her butt and thighs... tummy will follow... I've somewhat got her following a meal plan with breaking them up in the day and got her starting to eat breakfast... it's just when she is not with me she doesn't follow it. but other than that Thanks for all your advice.
 
honestly bro, you will get some great advice here, but I might try posting this in the women's discussion or girl talk (whatever the hell it's called) forum.

tell her to exersise, and not eat crap.

diet forum can help her/you with appropriate diets etc, and this place for exersise regiments...there are some helpful people here, who encourage and troubleshoot for you.
 
Tell her not to worry about getting too bulky...she need to train with weights...my sis only does weights and watches her diet...lost like 7%bf...shes tone as shit...not bulky
