unfortunately, it's a hard situation to handle? do you think it would be wrong for him to call the DCF (department of children and families) or whatever the state agency is where he lives and report his suspicion? (making sure to stress that he has no hard evidence?)

of course it IS possible he's misreading the situation due to some preconception about gays, but it's also possible he's right....

I'm here for you MP5. I know what you mean about spotting a fag from a mile away. It's hard to tell sometimes. I had a straight friend in high school that acted as queer as a $3 bill. He was raised by his grandmother and didn't have a father figure around to teach him to act like a man.
But back to the issue, there really isn't anything you can do. If he is a child molestor then hopefully he'll get caught.
