I just finished setting up my first aquarium. Fishies coming in a week or so. Yay... I've found a new (or rather, simply "A") hobby.

That thing blows. The one on Duece Bigalow Mail jigalo (Sp?) kicks that things ass.

Looks good, Warik! Looks like you bought one of the backgrounds for it too. Better than the wall behind it, IMHO.

What about that hose in the middle? Maybe obscure it with a plant?

LOOKS GREAT !!!

Aquariums are relaxing.... When I get settled in a house I'm going to have a giant saltwater aquarium..

starfish:D :D :D :D

Some snails would be nice to take care of algae in the future. Plus, when they reproduce, you can crunch em against the glass for food. Otherwise, they become too numerous.

WARIK you are a pleasant enigma.

nice tank....personally the sea weed prop on the left had side of the pic is a little too much, you could probablycould do without it.

it might detract from the fish, and the overall presentation.

I know it is in for symetrical puposes, to off set the rock formation on the right, but in this case some a-symetry might benifit you

TheProject,

The hose is the airhose that leads to the castle. The castle has bubbles that come out of the tower (though you can't see them in the pic because my air pump was defective.. got a new one today though so I'll have more pics in the future). I didn't have enough tubing so I had to do it like that. Bought some more tubing today. Going to run it down the wall of the tank next to the left plant & UGF tube and then run it under the gravel to the castle. Poof... no more tube.

KEL,

29 gallons... freshwater. I'm a newbie so I don't want to fool with saltwater or live plants. =)

Boach,

Gonna get myself a common pleco aka "sucker fish" in about a month or two when the algae develops.

OMEGA,

Enigma, eh? =)
