My first REAL cycle

Long story short Id been planning on doing a cycle for quite a while (not counting my pussy attempt at dbol only cycle when I was 21. In any case I was up to about 195 lbs, 9% bf when I was in an accident and was unable to do any training for quite a while...and as soon as I was better I was out playing football and I got a knee to the groin which ruptured a testicle and so I was out of commission again. In any case I was lucky to keep a decent amount of muscle mass though my strength is way down. I decided now was as good a time as any to do my cycle since I have the gear, am motivated, and I really really want to do well in the triathalon I intend to do in december. Without further ado, my cycle:

Age: 24
Height: 6'0
Weight: 181 Lbs
Bf %: 12%
Training Experience: 4 Years

Cycle

Testosterone Cyp 200mg X2 Ew + naps 20mg ED

w. 1-12 Test cyp @ 400mg Ew
w. 1-4 dbol @ 20mg ED

Arimidex on hand, ordering some AIFM, give it a try

Post Cycle Therapy

w. 14-16 Nolvadex @ 40mg ED
w. 16-18 Nolvadex @ 20mg ED

My trainingsroutine

- Monday: Chest
- Tuesday: Back
- Wendsday: Shoulders, abs
- Thursday: Arms
- Friday: Chest
- Sat:
- Sun: Legs

Yes Im aware my chest is 2x a week. Its very underdev compared to the rest of my body.
 
Will post my diet tomorrow when I get around to it. But for now: my first shot was thursday and second shot was tonight. So far no problems...a bit nerve racking to do the first shot, but once it breaks the skin its really not bad. Though I did make my left ass cheek hella sore after the first shot (I think because I was wavering my hand around due to being nervous). Tonight I feel pretty good. Right ass was much easier to do than left.
 
my training for today was legs (yes Im a bit off my training schedule): I did 275 X 10 X 4 and 305 X 8 X 2 with squats, which is great for me, due to my nagging hip flexor problem from my accident. Im half tempted to post pictures of my shoulders though, there are ruptured blood vessels all along my shoulder...I guess because I havent been able to go very heavy at all on squats so the shoulders arent quite used to it.

Ok time for a nice update, Im about 2 and a half weeks in and already got some NICE changes. Im up at 190 lbs, down bodyfat, though I dont know how much, havent been tested but my abs are showing now. Unfortunately Im having to be careful with lifts due to my tendonitis in my elbows/one knee. Damn overuse injurys :/ Been squatting sets at 350, so that feels pretty good, benching sets at 200 without too much elbow pain, also nice.

Ive been pretty steady about 2500 calories a day, Id add more but Im having trouble even eating that much. I pretty much feel like Im so full Im going to explode all day. I feel MUCH better this time around than I did when I started my last cycle (that I had to quit...dbol/sust). I am sorta of unhappy with one thing though: I have very little spare cyp, and 2 times I aspirated blood last monday, so it wasted like 3 ml of test, grrrr. Ive been switching right and left glutes, my one attempt at my quad did not go well, so guess Ill stick to glutes for now.

(written last night) Well Ive managed to up my calorie intake but Im still at about 191 lbs, though Im dropping fat like crazy. Abs are definately there, and people are starting to say "man, you been lifting a lot more lately?" Heh, yes a bit!
vascularity is through the roof, I mean its 2 am and Im sitting here and my veins are popping out all over the place (not post shower or anything, in fact, its friggin cold in here);

Bench is up, did sets with the 100lb dumbells easily. Tendonitis in my right elbow hurts a bit, and my left glute is a lot more sore than any of my other shots have been so far...just started a new bottle of cyp, so who knows, but I think its my inability to be coordinated with my left hand...but other than that no real physical complaints.

On a side note, gf and I broke up yesterday and I heard some dude kissed her already today, so that has been sucking, but I managed to turn it into some motivation today at the gym. Ill probably write an entire entry on her sometime, but not tonight.

I did take a sample of what I ate today to give a decent idea:
Breakfast - 3 full eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 bowl kashi go lean with milk, and piece of toast with peanut butter on it. (all my vits, milk thistle, etc)

10 AM - late for work, but managed to grab a protein shake before I left (2 scoops ON whey, 2 cups of skim milk)

1 pm - lunch with coworkers, ....just ate the chicken and veggies, didnt eat noodles (local ethnic cuisine)., an apple and a plumb that I had in the work fridge.

4 pm - protein bar, the low saterated fat, low sugar detour one. Tastes like crap, but decent as far as ingreds in it.

6 pm protein shake - same as earlier

7 pm no-xplode

9 pm home after gym, swimming, hot tub.... another plumb, some strawberries, and another protein shake

10 pm dinner....this "hot tuna" creation I saw in a mens health thing ages ago. Its 1 can of chunk light tuna, couple scoops of nonfat cottage cheese, diced onions and celery, some nonfat mayonaise, and nonfat mozerella cheese all mixed up and then baked in a wheat bun. mmmmm so good.

12 pm 2 things of king soopers fat free pina colada yogurt ( 240 cals, 22 g protein, no added sugar, mmmmm yumm)

and now 2 am bedtime


I should add that I CANT SWIM TO SAVE MY LIFE. Ive worked my way up to 6 laps (starting from 2!) and man, by the end of the swim I was dead. I can run forever, bike a long ways, but the swimming training is killin me. Anyways the hot tub at the end makes it worth it, Im at a new health club and its nice and fancy and clean and generally no kids.
 
Update for the day....had a back day today. Went pretty well, I did 3 X 10, 1x8, 2x6 sets of pullups, not too horrible. Up to 193 lbs today. Did have a funny thing though, I wore sandals to the gym today because I knew Id be swimming afterward, and wasnt planning on doing anything too crazy, just pullups, rows, etc. Anyway the fancy club apparently doesnt allow that, and they made me stay in the "machines" area away from the free weights.

Tuesday nights are the nights my exgf as of a few days now goes dancing, and man, I didnt care when we were together but fuck, knowing shes out dancing it up with random dudes really didnt make me happy tonight. Luckily I didnt even get out of the gym until 10ish so half the evening was already over (And when Im in there, that all kind of fades away).

Anyway Im rambling but since its my journal, I dont really care :) I doubt anyone else even reads this heh heh. On a side note, I think Im going ot run out of Test...one of my buddies from the marines really was dying for my extra bottle of cyp so I let him have it, but Ive been dosing a little higher than I expected (500ish per week vs 400) plus I have aspirated blood on a few of my bigger shots, so wasted a bunch there..... I might have to order more, which sucks cause my source has a min order price that I definately dont have the cash to put up atm. Ah well Ill figure sommit out. I think Im gonna order some AIFM tomorrow and test it out. I havent had any sides or anything bad (though Ive been lowdosing the dbol just out of the fact that I was getting pain in my calves/shins which feel like shinsplints but it seemed to go away when I lowered the dbol dosage (this was right at the beginning) anyways think I might up it again since Im only a few weeks in. I have liquidex/nolva on hand, but Im really curious about the AIFM. Enough rambling for tonight, work early tomorrow.

Ok so a few updates. One, Ive had this nasty cold for like 5 days now and it SUCKS. I finally went in and did an arm workout today and now I feel like Im dying. Here I am about 2 weeks into the cycle, maybe 3, think I was up at 190 at this point. Probably take a new pic as soon as I am back in the gym feeling good. Also I missed my shot on thursday due to being sick, so Ill just do my next shot at regular time (sunday night). weight today was 193....bit dehydrated, which sucks, but trying to get rehydrated.

On a side note, theres definately a difference in my body look, I think I got used last night. Coworker and I went out and she wouldnt stop talking about how nice my body is. Funny thing is ....she was all over me, but after we hooked up (which went very well) I asked her out to dinner this week and she goes "we'll see"....WE'LL SEE? WTF! Think thats it for now, cept I love those naps! Oh and I got my AG-Guys order in today, love those guys.
 
Ok so update today. Im finally mostly over my nasty nasty cold so I finally got to work out, woohoo!

So I did a bench day, even though technically I should have done a leg day, I figured my first day back didnt want to puke (like I nearly always do on leg day). Anyways did 5X5 with the 112 lb dumbbells, felt friggin awesome, my elbows held up great, the tendonitis didnt even hardly bug me at all! I definately could have done more weight, but I didnt wanna push it too much. Anyways, Im didnt lose too much weight during sick time, Im at 193 as of today. Stopped dbol so probably lose some water weight. Anyways thats it for now I guess, except that I noticed something today:

99% of the people in the gym DONT FREAKING WORK OUT HARD. I was thinking this as I was struggling hard to do my last sets of dips, groaning and turning all purple....no one else in the gym was anywhere near that sort of intensity. I never really noticed it much before, but today after being out a week, it just seemed really obvious. Anyone else see that kind of thing around their gym?
 
welp, starting to think Im the only one who uses this forum so Ill use continue to use it as my personal log hahaha. Did back today in the gym, roughly 6 sets of 10 pullups, really progressing there. My arms felt really good, the time off while sick + glucosamine seems to be helping a lot with the tendonitis. I think Im starting to get some "hmmm that guy might be juicing" looks from people in the gym just based on the massive massive pumps Ive been getting, vascularity is crazy. Anyways I got pretty pissed today, I had to wait forever to do my lower back because of stupid chicks doing weird exercises on the equipment...I think in attempts to get attention. You're getting attention from me yes, its cause I want you off my equipment bitch!

Anyway went to the bar tonight to meet a few buddies which was fun, but someone bought me a shot of tequila, and I took is so as not to be an ass...but man, I hate having any alcohol whilst on. It just feels like stepping backward anytime I have ANY.
