Thanks for the comment, K to you. I actually agree, I am just not sure how to fit it into my day, though I really need to eat some chicken breast, etc. Also Ive had a few random muscle cramps the last few days, so I checked my multivit this morning and it has shit for potassium...gonna need to eat some bananas or something.
 
Tuna is good for a protein choice if you don"t mind the taste.I just eat it straight out of the can with some mustard.How much water do you drink a day?I cramp like up that when my water intake is low.

Been drinking a load...probably a gallon a day...though Id like to up it even more. Just need to remind myself to drink all the time.
 
Small update, did my squats yesterday and did another chest day today part of my modified madcow routine. Im up to 201 lbs though \o/ Heres a shitty cam phone pic from when I was changing to go work out. Its weird, I almost look smaller in some ways than I did at 185 lbs. Only thing I can think of is Ive lost a LOT of fat. Id re-estimate that my starting BF was higher than I thought because I lost a bunch of fat in places I didnt really realize I had it, like on my upper legs.
 
From the pic your chest and delts have some nice shape to them.Losing bodyfat will make you look bigger to other people because of more muscle showing so don"t worry about it.Looking preatty lean to be at 201lbs, good jo so far keep it up.How is the strength coming for you on this cycle?

Strength is up a lot. Ive had a hard time gauging exactly how much my poundages have gone up for maxes, simply because my joints are just too touchy to do anything near my max...but Ive had some very nice gains even on my sets. For example, I was doing sets of 8X180X5 on dumbell bench before...and now Im doing 7X220X5 roughly which is a big diff. Ive been pounding out sets of squats at 305X10X5. I tried increasing weight the other day and my hip flexor starting hurting but Ive been upping the reps every workout.

I don"t max at all myself[too old or too smart for it] I do keep the reps a little high 12-20reps.My gains have been better with the higher reps i THINK it"s because I can focus alot more on form. 2nd pic is alot better you can see traps and your arms look like they have got some nice shape too!! Post up a pic of your wheels.Where do you want to be at body weight wise at the end of this cycle?
