This is my idea for my first cycle / after a few more months cardio. I have read on the topic for about 20 hours and can answer all the little "noobie" quiz questions.
I have worked out for about 10 years (nothing too intense), played football, rugby, baseball. Tried 3 pro-hormone cycles with good diet and seen the expected results.
31 years old, 6'2", 240lbs, high BF %, about 19% and falling.
Here it is:
WK 1 - 750mg Sustanon front load
Wk 2 - 5, 30mg Thai Dianabol - methandrostenolone - ed
Wk 2 - 5, 250mg Sustanon EW
Wk 5 - 8, Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - 300mg EW
Wk 5 - 8, 500 mg Sust ED
Wk 5- 8, Winstrol oral 25mg ED
Wk 9 nothing
Wk 10, 100 mg Clomid ED
WK 10 - 13, 40mg Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - ED
Any Suggestions?
