@MUSTANG_18 I had to do the heavy presses to give the muscle a reason to stick around while I cut down don’t give me crap lol jk
 
Did 45 minutes cardio yesterday and 20 minutes after the workout today I started Trt 200 mg dose this week trying to cut down before January cycle I will probably start a trt cut thread next week and end this one
January we will need to TRT cut its perfect bro

So I’m going to end this thread and soon start a TRT cut / cruise logg soon for that is what I have been doing for the past week. Thanks for following along and all the advice during the cycle. I feel I made a lot of progress and will be in a good starting point in January after I finish cutting down for the future cycle. Thanks again everybody!
