My first cycle ever....

CaptAdam

New member
I'm 6'2", 180lbs, very lean in the Bf department. I'm 35 years old and unfortunately waited til now to start anything. I've never been very disciplined but realize if I want it then I need to work my a** off to get it.
I'm considering starting my first cycle and I've been suggested to try winstrol...I'm looking to get very cut and defined with moderate weight/muscle gain. It would be injectable so I'm just looking for a few suggestions....is there maybe something better than Winnie I should try? And I'm also aware my diet and food intake will be key to everything. Help please.

Alot of stuff out there to try.
Not that I'm an expert, but anavar or tbol are some oral options for yourself to look into. I don't give winnie much praise to be honest.

Dude at 6'2" and 180 Lbs to use any AAS at all you are throwing your hard earned $$ right down the drain.
What you really need to do is to continue to learn how to workout. Continue to learn about diet. Continue to learn about your body.
Man you can so easliy get your self up to 200 its unreal.
You do not have the foundation yet to begin using AAS bro.
I am not beating you down man, I am telling you the truth.
What you should be doing is get yourself into the diet section and into the training section. There is so much help right there for you bro.
Good luck.

I appreciate the feedback but let's just say "hypothetically" speaking...if I were to try a cycle zed what would you suggest?

It is not unfortunate that you waited until in your 30s to try roids, trust me.

winny is not a good first cycle imo.

shows you need to do some more research.

i agree with dave.. what is so unfortunate about waiting till you are in your 30's? this myth that 30 is old is just not true in this sport. the best bodybuilders are in their 30's.. the best powerlifters are in their 40's. heck even the best endurance athletes are in their 30's.. its always someone in their mid or late 30's winning those road races. the younger guys are fast but they do not have one ingredient: EXPERIENCE.

zed is 100% right... if you want to commit to this sport then put on another 20 pounds to your frame before juicing. at your height no reason why you shouldn't be >200 pounds lean. heck I am like what 8 inches shorter and I weigh more than you so you are no where near close to your genetic potential.

learn how to gain without roids, learn as you say how to be disciplined. if you cannot be disciplined now what is gonna happen when you come off juice and you lose a lil strength and mass.. are you just gonna quit like most guys do and go back to before? i see this ALL THE TIME with people i know who juice.. on cycle they are motivated, off cycle they don't feel like doing a thing.

trust me stick around here, lots of smart guys on here who CARE about you, not just gonna try and push you to juice prematurely. we have all the info you need, just research and ask questions.

once you get to 200 pounds and have done ample research, then a good first cycle is a lil dbol as a kickstart and test for 10 weeks. in fact its more than enough to get great results.. you still need to learn about PCT and other things but stick around and you will learn a lot

I greatly appreciate that steve...yours and zeds input alone is great motivation and trust me I'll stick around to ask PLENTY of questions about diet and a workout regimen. I wanna do this right so thanks again and any little tidbits you can think of at any time please feel free to drop me a line. Take care man

Welcome to Elite Cap!
This should help guide you on your way
You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods, not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Not only are dairy foods -- like milk, cheese, and yogurt -- excellent sources of Protein but they also contain valuable calcium. Choose skim or low fat dairy to keep bones and teeth strong, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance weight loss.

Eggs
Eggs are one of the least expensive forms of Protein. The American Heart Association says normal healthy adults can safely enjoy an egg a day.

Beans
One-half cup of beans contains as much Protein as three ounces of broiled steak. Plus, these nutritious nuggets are loaded with fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.

Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

Protein on the Go
Grab a meal replacement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar. Check the label to be sure the product contains at least six grams of Protein, and is low in sugar and fat.
