my feeling in ALA

well i've used both the brand name ALA's from GNC before as well as iceman's and althought on my second order from iceman it took a long time..it all came thru and everything since has been awesome.....i just wanted to share that despite what people claim whether it works at all or not or if r-ala is better...the bottome line is for some people including me..it works great..i didn't get me huge pumps...BUT i stayed in ketosis while eating large...i gained fullness and so long as i ate properly when taking it..i felt almost zero side effects...

I'm posting because people still seem interested in it but the old ALA threads are all but dead...so this is my 2 cents..

at 20cents a 500mg cap...u can't go wrong by trying it.

Iceman's ALA ROCKS! Good stuff and really cheap..... I've been in ketosis since 4 weeks with 3g of ALA per day, my daily carb intake is between 200 and 300 grams... This stuff is unbeatable.....

ALA gives a false ketosis reading, all you have to do to prove this to yourself is get a glucose monitor that also measures ketones and take a reading
