my EQ results so far

i am usng the TTOKKYO EQ. I started at 600mg for the first week, then 500mg, now 400mg all the way through
for 8 weeks s far. i have gained 15 pounds so far and look pretty big now compared to before. probem is that I ithink my BF was to high to start- i can almost see the viens show through now, so BF has gone down just a tad. EQ is obviously not adrug that will burn the fat for you,you must do cardio right? i haven't been doing it.
As for strength - WOW so far!! no complaints there!
i have been site injecting to the shoulders only- they are gettin big, and luckily i have had not 1 side effect from this drug. one thing is for sure though - EQ isn't going to transform you over night! i try not to eat fat just all protien etc and these gains didn't come easy. I worked my butt off. But when you start seeing results, boy you sure get of your ass even faster to go to the gym thats for sure - no procrastinating! Anyway, before you guys start falling asleep i want to know if i should stay on for 2-3 more months at 400mg/week orjump to 600mg? will the 600 bring the results faster?

I think you should stay at 400 for 2 months....you ought to get some more great results from that....I'm on EQ right now....and I worked my way up to 400mg/wk...my gains didn't come nearly as fast as yours, so next time I take the shit I'm definately gonna try that. Good Gains bro...and keep up the good work!!!
 
Sounds good so far buddy. I would keep it at 400mg/week for the next 8 weeks and make sure you start hittin that cardio and keep training like an animal. E-Mail me if you need any help

i think i'll do 2-3 more months at 400mg but i have a feeling that 600mg would be perfect for my size. it is the cost factor that i have to take into account though. this shit ain't cheap here in canada.
lets here what some other guys opinions are on it

Doc, how long did it take for you to get your 15lbs? Are you running eq by itself? What does your diet look like for a day (I'm interested because I will be doing the same quite soon)
 
Thats great results for an EQ only diet!
I would go with 400mg too. Cardio 3x a week 20 min. max.

if i start doing cardio and keep protein the same- i won't gain anymore muscle will i, i would just lose fat?

A couple people have told me that before LOL I am a little bigger though :FRlol: J/k
I think if you start hiting the cardio and throw in an E/C/A you will start to melt the fat away and maintain(or even gain a little) muscle mass. Try to eat as clean as possable with high protein

8.5 weeks so far.
diet is 2 myoplex a day right after workout and the EAS simply protien (2 scoops=20g so each shake i have 4 scoups=40+g) and i have that one 3-4 times a day then i eat can or 2 of tuna, also cottage cheese- anything that has high protein and low fat(10g fat or less per meal)but going over is okay once in a while. i sort of splurg one day on the weekend with a personal pan pizza or maybe a whole one, but that i once a week- you HAVE to give your body an mind a break from the strict diet or you'll go crazy!
oh yeah i am taking it by it self+ it is my first ever cycle.
EQ in canada i pay $160 for the TTOKKYO.

if you keep that diet up and throw in the cardio in the with the e/c/a stack like mustang said.....I think you'd shred the fat and actually gain a bit of muscle. Keep us posted on your badass results. pm me if you have anymore questions
