I've been dieting for about 6 weeks now, started at 258lbs, 13% bf(just under 5'9"). After 6 weeks I was at 228lbs, and around 9%, so I decided to give dnp a go. I ran 400mg(200mg in the morning and 200mg before bed) for 8 days. My diet was a 40-40-20 split, basically the same as I used for the show in the fall.
Anyway, in 8 days I went from 228 to 220lbs, so thats a pound a day. The part that amazes me is that I already dropped 25-30lbs, so its not like I was just dropping water
On a side note, I was a sweaty bitch on 400mg, but could handle it. I decided in my infinite wisdom to run 600mg for the last 2 days. I took my 600 on saturday, but by sunday I just wanted someone to shoot me, so I ended up only taking 200mg and calling it quits. I sure as hell know where my limit is now.
The part I am confused on is that I dropped over 1/2" off my arms during those 8 days, and they were already shredded. I am hoping the dnp just sucked the carbs out of them or something, as losing that much size makes me wanna cry. I'm carbing up now, hopefully it'll make a difference
