Actually, the sweet spot for GW is 20mg/day. Anything more, and it's diminishing returns.

Why anybody would use that junk is beyond me. It's a pesticide and the effects are the result of being poisoned. Then what? That weight isn't staying off w/o changes in the diet. Why not challenge yourself, your knowledge, your discipline and learn what it takes to get and stay at your target BF?
