My DNP log...

bro, no offence, but there is no reason other than your diet being way off, that you wouldnt lose anything from clen. Myself, and most bodybuilders manage to get down to 3% using only that and ECA, some dont even use that.....
I've used dnp many times, so I know how well it works, but it should never be used to replace a crappy diet

My diet on clen was the same as the thread on the ANPB diet. I followed the diet for two weeks, then did two weeks of clen, and I measured my weight when I started the ANPB diet.

My #1 issue was after 15 years of cycling every day of my life, save a few holidays and injuries, (two wheeled kind) I stopped in September and replaced it with jogging everynight for 2-3 miles and other cardio, but I slapped on 40lbs with NO change in my diet. Before someone says I was working too hard and starving myself cycling, I was working with a top trainer I had been with since my days as a cat1 elite rider in my teens. I rode 50-75 everyday, and 100miles a day on weekends. I looked great back then even though I was a little large at 172. Then you know you hit your 30's and everything is a chore.

cool, at least you arent using it as a lazy way out

ALRIGHT COMING OFF DNP... (think flu-like symptoms and massive erections lol)
I did cut my cycle short by 3 days

Day one, is a cold turkey day, shortness of breath, I started to feel a little nausea mid day, then that night, helluva headache, some heat still tylenol and gone... Can't sleep, nightsweats are WORSE now. WTF?!? My g/f came over with two friends for a 'girl's night' at the hacienda of love. couple a babes in lingerie and doing their own bikini waxing, then skinny dipping in the hot tub and BOOOOIIIINNNNGGGGG. I mean seriously, my dick was throbbing and in major pain. A b/j later and I was ok, but still had a semi-chubby for three hours!

The following morning I woke up and felt like I had just been brought back from the dead. Hot and cold flashes all day, headache, lethargy set in, kept losing my balance. Muscles are really sore. I went to bed at 10:30p, woke at 2a, tossed and turned til 4a, fell asleeep until 630a. Sweats are gone, skin clammy.

URINE BURNS NEON ORANGE AND IS slightly GELATINOUS, urologist joked I won't be having a stone anytime soon, my ph was so off. I had two already :( He is cool, I told him what I had done, he gave me advice to pound lots of cranberry and asparagus (particularly grind it into a aparagus smoothie) :o yuck!

Today is day three off DNP, I was a little light headed, sore for a bit. Headache is minor.

After a bit, I wondered why nobody ever suggested tapering off? once you are accustomed to a certain level, going cold turkey to detox is a hell of a shock.

So, tale of the tape:
2 weeks Clen, lost 2 lbs
6 days DNP, 8lbs so far... I have toi wate another few days for the rest of the results.

Respect DNP, don't fear it. Don't abuse it either.

sounds to me like you were dehydrated, and had low blood sugar. people using dnp dont realise just how much it can dry you up, and at night, your fluid and carb levels go through the floor, and your sleep quality is utter crap - so expect to feel like shit in the morning particularly

and the reason people dont say to taper dnp is because it has such a long half life - 36 hours - and so when you stop 'cold turkey', body levels of the drug only slowly decrease anyway, and tapering isnt at all neccessary.

did you take photos? DNP is a funny drug, since you get skin thickening, sometimes gastrointestinal bloating (because of the stuff growing inside your gut) which can affect tapemeasure readings, and flattens your muscles to hell...so going by scales and tape measurements alone isnt going to tell you terribly much about whats going on inside your body

and im glad you elarned first hand why you dont bump up your doses in the begninning...since the extreme sides of that drug can set in very quickly even at moderate doses

cheerios

Great info and thanks for sharing. Tell me, from reading your post there and from other posts I understand the user will still continue to lose weight after their last dose until it clears form the system, is this correct?

well so long as dnp molecules remain at their site of action, which is the mitochondrial membrane (the little powerhouse inside cells where food is burnt to make a molecule called ATP, which is usable fuel for the body) then it will continue to make ATP production from food less efficient, resulting in a less efficient metabolism. normally in pharmacy (or pharmacology) youd say that after 5 half lives, you consider a drug completely cleared from the body. in the case of DNP, that would be 7.5 days.

so yeah, theyd still waste energy until all the dnp was gone

Ok, today being day 4, i am still sweating a LOT in my sleep. So I guess this proves the weightloss keeps going for a little bit. Every person reacts differently.

Using DNP = playing with fire.
Haphazardly taking it without keeping yourself hydrated etc, bumping the doses too fast or too high, that makes DNP dangerous. You, like most people here I believe to have enough experience in AAS to respect them and know your limits. I'd assume you'd know when to cry 'uncle' when effects take hold.

Well I was drinking 1.5-2gals of water a day, and keeping a pitcher of water next to my bed. As for blood sugar, I'll admit it, I had a coke a few times for a bump, but it did not change a damned thing. And for the tape... I have lost and inch as of the day I stopped, in a few days final results will be tallied.

Well, am I afraid of DNP? no
Was I concerned about the risks? hell yes!
Will I do it again? Definately.

some of that weight you are losing is water, which will come back when you carb up afterwards. It leaves you flat as a pancake, but you get a rebound when you come off it
