my goal it to cut up. but i am not sure if i am eating to much for this bc i am adding size but not getting as defined as i expected. i am also thinking of adding Winny Tabs to this at 50mg a day for 50 days. is this TO much on my body?

i am not sure if my liver or kidneys are going to like me taking that many pills a day (22 pills just from aniaml paks alone holy shit). i am only taking winny tabs bc a guy i work with is giving them to me for free as a favor but i will do injections if i have to.

Actually, add a couple of things. Tylers for liver and ALCAR for cardiac support. If you are taking Winny tabs you need to protect your liver. What are your stats? weight, bf, height, training experience?

24 years old, 180lbs, 10% bf, train 3 days a week, cardio 2 times a week. work as a mechanic so i do hard work all day.

diet is 2000 cals, 60 fats, 150 carbs, 200 proteins.

i am def looking into a liver detox but not till after i get my hands on the winny. do i take the detox with the winny or after the cycle?
 
I would take it now. You are loading a lot of sups. through your liver, never hurts to be on the safe side. Def. take it WITH the winny
 
ok so if you are listing grams of each macro, your ratios are:

49% protein / 15% fat / 36% carb

Looking at your meal plan, is this how you eat now? If yes, is it working for you or are you starving? My thought is that maybe 2000 cals is too low for you -- you have at least 2 meals where all you have are protien -- the egg whites & the chicken /turkey thing -- especially the egg white meal because you are going 3 hrs until your next meal and in my experience egg whites digest REALLY fast. Also noting that I cut to 135 lb on 1800 cals, I think 2000 cal for you and just your daily energy requirements from work is going to leave you hungry. If your goal is to cut, then I think you will probably get going a bit and then stall out. Also remember if you are cycling w/ winny you will be able to lift harder because you can recover faster.

I would include the detox with the winny because even after you stop the stuff you are protecting against will be in your system for a little bit afterwards -- I'd use it with. Also research doing a winny-only cycle as winny can be a bitch on drying out your joints. And don't forget to plan your PCT -- (I don't know much about this so that's where the guys can help you as I've heard of people using winny IN their PCT so what you do if your CYCLE is winny I don't know. My testosterone doesn't shut down :qt: )
 
as of today i switched to my protein shake muslce milk which has more cals. i am getting an extra 300-400 now just from switching to muscle milk. i used to have a cup of oatmeal with the egg whites or shredded wheat. maybe i should add that back into my meal?

the 2:15 chicken/turkey meal is a butterball thing. its just precooked chicken in a little tub and i heat it up at work and eat it on break.

You should be using Tyler Liver Detox from the AF Store.
 
^ what he said. better than milk thistle. More expensive than milk thistle but don't be cheap on your liver!

Bump for answer. I am wondering the same thing. there are mixed opinions about creatine so am wondering just what it does for you.

Bad with regards to what?
Bad for ...

Training? No
Building Muscle? No
Giving you a pump? No (take ~ 15-20 prior before training, you can even split dose on off days for 'recovery' ... not everyone likes it but works for me)
Burning More cals/fat from the added muscle? No

so going by your response taking the PrueCEE would be good to take with the current stuff i am taking...i am going to stop the t-rex and levorex for a few weeks...maybe by taking off i will get a lower tolerance up and wont take 9 T-rex pills a day lol. i meant bad as in i am tring to cut but that would prohibit that or am i not eating enough to use it correctly?

i did a run down again of my new food i bought and the amounts are alittle different...i have a problem though...i am eating to much meat and protein and not enough carbs now haha...here is my new rundown

cals - 2270
protein - 304
fats - 65
carbs - 100

is that TO much protein? i have 3 shakes i take a day. Wake up, post workout and bedtime, all at 50g of protein each. i weight 185 now. i eat 2 meat only dishes also. i am tring to keep my carbs down as low as i can without depriving my body what it needs. anything i should change? add or take away?
 
Honestly there is no evidence that more than about 160 grams of protein for someone of your body weight per day is going to be necessary. The timing is more important, making sure that you have a constant stream. The excess protein isn't going to be too bad for you but it'll just be a waste of money.

Scrap the bed time protein shake, and halve both of the other serves. IMO. Others will disagree.
