Since I posted my diet on this thread, I figured I would post some pics of my results....with the most recent pic taken tonite @ 173 lbs.

I started my quest for leaness @ 203.5 on Jan. 3rd, and just started lifting weights about 9 weeks ago...maybe 10, dont remember exactly.....

Deadlifts, squats, db press, chins, shoulder presses, dips, and hardwork for last 2 1/2 months...

I am getting married on Sunday (June 2nd) and then going on my Honeymoon on long ass cruise....I am gonna bulk hard and try to put on 12 lbs and still lift hard (they have awesome weight room). trying for 6 lbs lean mass (lotsa filet mignon !!!)

I will post the results when I get back..Its time to switch gears and do a mini bulk ! then i will come back and jump on my modified keto....hehheehe

I posted a recap of the diet and supplements used on this board about a week ago.....If you dig a little you will find the two posts that detailed everything....

But let me add this, because I feel it is equally as important....

The Psychology of Dieting is what keeps you going to meet or exceed your goals....but a few factors will keep you from possibly doing it 100% and let me try to explain -

First and foremost, do not let the actual dieting experience or lifestyle change turn into a personal hang up...do the research and preparation and use time management in order to set yourself up to succeed. Dont dwell on the eating aspect of your life too much, just go and eat right and clean (you can use my diet ) and you will be more mentally stable. Alot of times, people go full fledge overboard right out of the gate and then end up cheating and binging and yo-yo-ing back where they started and further up. So as mentioned, prepare your mind to do it, prepare the foods and menu to do it, and like Nike says...Just do it!

Second, something not really touched upon here but I think is quite important....Do not let family or friends try to sidetrack your diet psychee at any cost. In other words, people tend to try to coax you into eating foods or commenting on your diet lifestyle because they are overweight or not as strong willed as you are. Peer and family pressure will be there, just kindly refuse the temptations that other people put in front of you....especially since jealousy will be encountered by most when you start dropping some major weight....Alot of people are unhappy with the look of their bods and try to bring you into their misery with comments that are negative. Keep positive, shrug off the negativity and focus at your goals.

With that in mind, good luck and I will be happy to offer more of my insight... I am still learning myself, so feedback is welcomed as well.
