my diet, help

Here's my diet I'm fixing to start I would like to get you opions on it, and suggestions would be appreciated.

ALA 1500/MG EOD
B-12 DEPO EVERY 3RD DAY
2 GALLONS WATER ED

BREAKFAST:
2/egg whites
oatmeal
protien shake + 1/tb flaxoil
ginger root

SNACK:
protien bar
yogurt cup

LUNCH:
subway chicken sandwich
muti-vitiman
ginger root

SNACK:
protien bar
yogurt

POST WORKOUT:
protien/wieght gain shake

DINNER:
steak/ chicken
bake potatoe
mac&cheese
ginger root

BEFORE BED:
protien shake
