I knocked the heavy bag out of the rafters today. It folded in the middle and I heard a loud creaking and then boom! Once at the club, I dove after a loose ball on the basketball court and stuck my arm right thru the plexiglass front window. The only one ever to do that. God i'm such a bad ass.

No. I wear Chuck Norris gloves. Damn good padded gloves that wrap around the wrists. I'm careful to throw straight punches and only occasional hooks. My overhand right will knock your fucking head off and my hooks and short uppercuts to the body will knock your stomach into your spine.
