They have them listed by realtors for a reason I would think
banks aren't in the business to sell homes
Do you have a friend who is a realtor. Use someone you know/trust. Don't call the bank, they will refer you to the realtor that they gave the listing to.
They have them listed to their realtor who will always do whats best for the bank so that realtor will keep getting the listings from that bank. It isn't about the banks being in the business to sell homes. That is why they have a RE agent. Use theirs if you want. They will not work for you no matter what they say! How many listings are you going to give the realtor? 1 maybe 2. Just use your own realtor!
