Around here our industry is fine really. As long as you can find clients who will price their homes realistically and buyers who have $ to put down with a conventional loan it's still good.
Many are washing out of our industry though. Times are tough for sh!tty agents. For real! The good agents are in it to win it and they won't quit working 7 days a week til we get over this hump.

Speaking of dealerships. The Ford dealer in Jesup Ga. just went under today. No warning, trucks just showed up and took all the inventory and that was it for that place. Been in business for a long time.

Ford announced this in June , for dealerships that were not meeting projections... Ford is closing 30% of their dealerships this year and next....
