i have 20 omnadren 200 bd dbol and 3 cytahoh amps
im planing on 30 mg ed of the dbol split into 3 daily doses
and 1 amp of the omnadren on monday and 1 on friday

i might do alittle preload with my 3 cytahoh amps

so my first 3 shots would be 1 omnadren and 1 cytahoh

then going to 1 omnadren on my days and friday with my 30mg of dbol ed
and thoughts?

I would shot Monday and Thursday. This will give you a more even distribution of prop

I think you have plenty. 500mgs/week of Sustenon is fine. Plan looks good.

yeah 20 amps is enough. 10 weeks at 500mg/wk is perfect...along with 5-6 weeks of dbol.
