My cycle please give me your thoughts

why the cycle with out educating your selfs first?
do you know what pct is?
do you know what a ai is and how to deal with side effects from aas?
do you know what aas can do to you at a young age?

i play in like a college league thing nothing special just like a league that 10 different towns or so have in my league and its just to stay in shape and stuff and to answer needtogetass im 21 and been lifting since i was 13 and no just outstanding goals just gain some muscle mass and as much strength as possible and i eat like 5 meals a day and plenty of protein i would really appreciate how much u think i should be eating and this inst my first cycle i used Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin for my first cycle and gained quite a bit of strength and weight and then i got lazy and quit lifting for bout 6 months and im trying to start back and get back in great shape

I think you shouldn't be taking steroids yet. I think you haven't been training long (at least not seriously), and I say that because you're 5'10" and 160. I think you're not eating enough (again 5'10" and 160). You should be lifting heavy and progrssively, and trying to get 400-500 grams of protein a day.

Food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body. I think you should research different lifting programs and based on your experience level, should probably go on ripptoe's program for beginners...or the starr (or madcow) 5x5 if you are above a beginner level.

If you did this and followed it faithfully, I think you'd gain 20 lbs in in 3-4 months and 40-60 lbs in 12-18 months easily. Once your natural gains stall, then you can cycle and go beyond your limits.

This is doing it the right way. You are doing it the wrong way. Having said all that...you will do what you want regardless.
 
lol i appreciate the advice but im already 2 fixing to be 3 weeks into the cycle no point in wasting what ive already put into me after this cycle i will think hard about stopping but what do yall think will be the out come of the 10 week 1cc a week cycle
 
I Suggest That You Throw Some Dbol Or Deca With It!! But Your At High Risk With Running Roids In Sports. Stay Hydrated And Roids Are More For Off Season Due To The Risk Of Heart Attack. Be Careful And If You Feel Weird At Anytime During The Season While On The Juice I Would Lower Dosage And Get Off Immediately. Roids Are Dangerous If You Don't Know What Your Doing.......save Roids For Off Season. Your Hearts Under Enough Stress. And Constant Sweating And Cardiovascular Is Risky.....while On Roids.
 
im enjoying the stamina and aggression its really helping me out considering im playing linebacker at 160

reduce your lifting to 1 hour or 1 and a half hours tops
 
2 hour lifts are too long...its better to lift intense for 45 mins then to go in there and lift 2 hours with 10 min breaks in between your sets
