my cut cycle training? please take a look!

I have the diet down and planned and I am pretty knowledgable on training and I really have tried to back it down because I can overtrain real easily and grow better off very short lifting schedules. However, my cardio/ovrerall endurance health benefits from longer cardio sessions so here is my plan:

trying to lose a ton of bf and keep size, maybe 5-6% percent points by mid-january! from 13-7 baby!! also have my pals eq, var, winny and lilbit of test along for the ride w/ yohimburn, ala, and adipokinetix


MON: chest/tris/abs

tues: 45-1hr running

wed: legs/shoulders/rotator cuffs

thurs: off

fri: 30-45 more intense cardio than other days

sat: back/bi's/rear delts/abs

sun: running 1hr

Can you really do tris after chest? Not me.

Adipo at least the older formula is some good shit! Best fat burner I've ever used legal or illegal.

If you want to lose that much BF you need to incorporate cardio in the AM on an empty stomach.

I think you should stick to your usual routine until you hit 10% BF or so and then you can train for "cut"
 
Not sure that's going to be enough cardio. Like BigAndy said...you'd de detter off with a cardio session first thing in the am before food. Also, be careful with high intensity cardio work. If your goal is to lose BF then you need to keep your heart rate around 55-65% maxHR. This is where your body most efficiently burns fat. As your heart rate goes up your body starts to draw more heavily from carb/prot for energy. As a very general rule, if you can't carry on a conversation, you're going to hard. When I first started to train, I spent roughly 60-80min 4-5 days a week doing various cardio along with 3 days on the weights doing overall body conditioning. Lost 22+lbs and dropped bf from 13 to 7ish in about 3 months. Also popped Xenedrine for 2 months.

i say cardio blows. i'd do 3 on 2 off split and no cardio. keeping the diet in order and using the drugs you spoke of will work. i think cardio is counterproductive. i workout on a basically empty stomache in the morning (just one scoop whey and my pharmaceuticals). that is fat burning enough for my tastes. but i am in the minority and am probably fat. lol.
 
where did you get adipokinetix? i thought they didnt make it anymore
