My clen is coming soon. Help please

Okay i wake up around 11, go to bed around 3. I work from 12 to 4 . I go to the gym at 6.
Im 350 look like 275. I played semi pro football from 98-2001 and might play a couple more years. Tired of playing line. I can run a 4.9 40
Mainly from being pain free. Never had foot or knee pain ever.
However i do get calf cramps.
1. should i take taurine if i get cramps
2 my diet is corn flakes for breaksfast, sandwich and chips for lunch.
Regular dinner.Before bed i eat junk because i think the fat burners i take me3 hungry at night because you cant take that stuff at night.
3. This is my main problem, just eating before bed and not eating enough to raise my metabolism.
4. From what science says i should weight about 195. If burning calories causes fat loss then why no fat loss. Make up your minds. I went from 195 to 370 with this diet.

The junk i eat is just a couple days a week and not alot. Even if i ate junk everyday i shouldnt weight what i way. Doc says everything is great. I can hold my breath under water for almost 5 minutes.
ive been a mentzer man for almost ten years and like the fact that im big but id rather be 315 over 350
 
drink f-loads of water at least 1 gallon a day cuz cramps will come and if you already have them there gonna get worst
stretch like crazy that helped me potassium is good pickle juice if you like that stuff

ok your 350 and you run a 4.9 i call BS on that one bro, no hate but why arent you in the nfl? theres not a linemen in the nfl that runs a 4.9 and weighs 350.

just out of curiousity post you stats height weight body fat what do you squat
 
Clean up your diet. You diet Sucks.

Eat 6 small low fat/low cal meals a day.

Clen stacked with Ketotifen can be taken for 6 weeks strait.

Diet and Cardio is the key to all fat loss. Clen will help, but it is not magic. If you want magic, you'll need DNP.

Taurine and Potassium will help with cramps and headaches.
 
I'm on some clen now. Stuff is great. But my diet is pretty good - 5-6 small meals a day lots of cardio. Cool thing about it was I had a couple sloppy diet days but at the end of the week I still lost some BF.

I had some leg cramps so bad from working out after a great leg day I could barely walk the next day - I mean seriously barely could walk. I got to get some taurine I guess lol never heard of it till now.

Your diet sucks bro. Forget the clen. You need to learn how to eat correctly for fat loss. You're only eating 3 times a day. You need to eat 6 times a day. What's your BF%? I don't care about weight, I care about BF%.

What does the keto do with the clen? Is IP the only one who makes the combo? I am thinking about picking up some hubei soon.
 
Ketofein upregulates beta2 receptors. Clen downregulates them over time. The keto will allow you to stay on clen for extended periods without the 2on/2off deal.
