Ive started my 8 week Anavar+clen+t3 cycle. Im 1 week in.

OD pharma
5mg Anavar
50mcg t3
20mcg clen building my way up to 40

30years
163 cm
76,3 kg

My goal is first to loose the weight, my goal weight is 65kg.
Would be nice to have some toned muscles too at the end of it.

Im on a high protein diet 1400calories a day
Try to eat as clean as i posible can, but wont beat myself up as long as i stick to 1400
I use Lifesum to log my food
36%carbs
35% protein
29%fat
122g protein per day
I lift 5times a week
And also getting my 10.000 steps in everyday
I workout in the morning before breakfast, also walking to the gym for 20min cardio in the morning

Non smoker
Wont drink on this cycle!

My problem is the weight, ive been working out for years so i have some muscle. But my body loves to keep all the fat on tight!
Think my body is an endomorph haha!
I am determined, have lots of motivation i am ready to slay this cycle!
Please help guide me!

For others, this is the original discussion with @Leopardsocks about her cycle:

First, I suggest you test your anavar (oxandrolone) to make sure it's real, MANY women get fake or counterfeit anavar and get nasty side effects. Now, I don't represent roidtest but you can easily get a roidtest kit and test it (it's a must for women)

Second, your T3 dose is too high, start with 25mcg and stay there for at least 4 weeks and do 6 days on 1 day off with t3 to give your thyroid a break.

Third, your diet is interesting but lacks detail, please export out of your app the text and paste it here, meals, amounts timing etc.

Fourth, Your training and cardio also not clear, please post your sets and reps and how much you do of what exercise each day. If you don't keep track, start today on your phone open NOTES and put the details there as you go.

P.S. Clenbuterol is best used 2 days on 2 days off and don't go over 20mcg for now, stay there or you'll saturate your receptors.

@Leopardsocks how did your friend test it? roidtest or jano? did you see the results?

How much t3?Start slow with 12.5mcg and don't go over 25mcg with t3, thyroid meds can mess up your thyroid hormone.

Your on a good path. With the 1 kg of weight gain I would not sweat it. Weight gets tracked over time and you are looking for a trend over a week or longer. Depending on the morning I can swing 2 kg when I wake up, but if I follow the trend over the week and see the average weight from 7 mornings is lower than the week before I know I am loosing weight, not gaining.

Also this is the first time you are taking steroids. You have to learn how your body reacts to it and different people are more and less sensitive to a given steroid. My wife did Anavar and actually gained 2 kg over 8 weeks, but her bench went from 95 lbs to 155 lbs over that period of time and all her other lifts also increased. That meant she was most likely building muscle. On the other hand my wife tried primo and her Libido went through the roof, she lost about 4 kg over 8 weeks, but also dropped down on her lifts 10-15 lbs each. Now she has a plan to try and run both together and see if she can get the weight loss or maintain and also get stronger at the same time. My wife can't handle Clen as even at 10 mcg it gives her a headache.
 
What is primo? Dose it has the same effect as clen? Im hoping i by taking clen i will loose more fat than gain muscle 😅
Primo = Primobolan, which is the trade name for Methenolone. Injectable anabolic steroid.

@Leopardsocks I don't suggest using ANY injectable steroids for women. My ex-g/f was on primobolan and had some nasty side effects a year down the line, so don't do it. Women should only use oral steroids that are tested and easy to control the doses. NEVER EVER touch any injectables no matter what.

Clenbuterol will not make you lose muscle, it's lightly anabolic so expect mostly fat loss from it.

Can we see some updates on your diet training? we are all waiting.

Breakfast : oatmeal with whey protein powder and milk, blueberries and cinnamon

Lunch: ricecakes with cottage cheese and paprika

Dinner: Chicken, broccoli,paprika,sugar snap peas and Protein rice

In the evening i eat a little protein pudding too

For snacks i eat popsickle which are 0calories so i eat alot of them haha!
Thats it basically. Ofc it varys but ye

For my workouts. My weight are pretty light right now as ive had a break from the gym so i dont Want to hurt anything building my way up again.

What is primo? Dose it has the same effect as clen? Im hoping i by taking clen i will loose more fat than gain muscle 😅
Primobolan is an injectable steroid. As long as doses are under 50 mg a week and it isn't being taken with other steroids it is generally classified as safe for women. Men generally take 200 mg + during a cycle. Keep a Primo cycle under 6 weeks then take an equal number of weeks off. The problem is it is one of the more expensive steroids and again would need tested as it is actually relatively common to replace it with other such as Masterdone, but mast will have nasty side affects in women. If your going for strength and muscle growth I think Anavar is the better route.

Some changes: Lunch, replace ricecakes with almond tortilla or almond crackers without gluten. Rice cakes too high on GI scale.

dinner, sugar snap peas, replace with some walnuts just 3-5 pieces. Protein rice what is the nutrition on the one you eating?

"0 calorie" popsicle whats the sweetener in them? many can cause bloat and weight gain.

Overall your diet is missing omega 3 fats big time, very serious issue. Get liquid fish oil and add 1 tbsp of fish oil 2 times per day so 1 in AM and 1 in PM.

Your training overall seems fine but cardio, are you doing any cardio?
 
Thanks for all the Feedback guys! I do take omega 3 suppliments but maybe thats not enough? Ill post what i eat today, later for improvements!

The reason for that ive noticed thats been working for me in the past.
I really hate running so its hard to keep up the consistency.
Ill much rather do hikes or step or dance zumba or whatever 😅 but i recently changed gym and they only have a weight room here. But it works for me.

@Leopardsocks I think I mentioned this before.

The reason you're gaining weight is because your diet is high protein but no fats. You need to have higher healthy omega 3 fats in your diet if you want to balance out.

Also like protein pudding? what are the nutrition facts ont hat?

This seems way below your BMR-10%

That's fine @Leopardsocks but I was more looking into the nutrition facts like ingredients, you want to stay away from artificial sweetners etc they cause digestive issues.

Also, do you take the following?
probiotics
digestive enzymes
psyllium husk fiber
mushrooms like lions mane
 
I think a lot of thoughts and methods exist when it comes to diet, but I live by the rule of is this a change I can live with long term. Going on a diet to loose weight and then going back to your own ways once the weight is achieved will just leave you depressed. The same goes for people trying to pack on additional muscle mass.

In my mind you need to figure out a diet you can live with then build your body around that! Unless your going on stage to compete you will be way happier working on it from this point of view rather than doing a diet you hate. I personally just worry about getting enough protein in a day and take my carbs and fats as they come. Now granted I am not a sweet tooth person that just can't resist cookies and stuff. My go to snack has always been almonds and cheese wrapped in turkey breast lunch meat. Also on that same note I love a glass of Makers Mark on the rocks as a night cap.

At the end of the day I am happy with what I eat and happy with the direction my body continues to go, but I've already accepted that I won't be going on stage at any time in my life.
