My chihuahua doesn't bark at messicans

Any time someone knocks on our door (eg food delivery) he tends to bark. Whenever he doesnt bark, said delivery man turns out to be messican.

With blaques it's 50/50, which is odd considering I always assumed that blaques and messicans had some sort of blood feud. This assumption has been confirmed via episodes of The Shield.

Is samoth around to maybe shed some light on this paradox for me?
