Hey all!
Okay, here's the thing. I'm into calves, and spend a lot of time working on mine. Now, i've seen people (mostly men) who when having cut legs, they have this upside-down heart-shaped muscle on the backs of their calves. Now, I have been working like mad to get that and all I seem to get is that long, dented muscle along the sides and a bulge in the back. Are women genetically incapable of achieving this? Grr. I can only do so many calf raises before my ankles snap
