Bouncer- how old are you?

how much did you weigh when you were...say 21?

how much time do you spend sitting on the shitter everyday?

so is that me getting cut up? sorry for the pun! actually i am damn impressed. since i got hurt my eating suffered....depression i guess. but i started on 300mg EQ and will start deca, test, and HGH when it gets here. mt attitude is better and i blasted legs yesterday. i copied your diet. do not think i need that many calories since i am 50# lighter but it gives me ideas different than what i usually do. I do still hope we meet on the stage someday!

no, i don't follow that rule. when it comes time to diet down for a show i will use that rule.

Bouncer, this then means 3-5 sets per workout, right? Also, any cardio off-season??

7am: 10 egg whites plus 2 whole eggs

*****2 pieces whole wheat toast with jelly

8:30am: 2 homemade turkey burgers with sour cream and bacon
*******2 potato rolls

10am: 2 T-bone steaks and a large potato

11:30am: homemade pizza with everything on it
********pint of Ben&Jerry's ice creme

1pm: protein shake

2:30: protein shake

4pm: 10 egg whites plus 2 whole eggs

*****2 pieces whole wheat toast with jelly

6pm: 2 T-bone steaks and a large potato

8pm: protein shake and bowl of ice creme

10pm: 2 chicken breast

11pm: cottage cheese mixed with peaches

12pm: protein shake mixed with low fat milk

Shit. And I thought I ate a lot.

I'd be dead by 7 PM....... :)

I only consume 150g carbs/day though.
The rest Protein+Fat. Oh, and I eat 530g Protein/day
so you have me beat there.

In my book: Lower carbs=stay leaner

No need to change total Kcal.

Thanks for posting that.

Do you take anything for cholesterol? All that combined with healthy doses of test and other steriods could cause some problems....don't ya think?
 
How would you compare eating 5 larger meals every 2.5 hours or so as opposed to your 10 smaller and more frequent ones in terms of adding more mass and strength?
