My GOD.... is there any time left in your day between eating and shiting ?... Now I really know I dont eat enough... BUT, I for 1 really appreciate seeing someones daily diet... especially someone who is 5'11" and 287 lbs... PS.. Do you get pissed everytime you lats get stuck in the doorway?

i work as a personal trainer, i do not go to school, and my Social life went out the window when i decided to compete serously. i just do not have time for anyone. my grocerie bill isn't that bad really. as you can see, my main meals are, steak, potatos, eggs, oatmeal. i buy all these items in bulk so it is much cheaper. i was a skinny kid at around the age of 9-10. my metabolism is just right, were as I can bulk very fast or cut very fast. i hope that answers all your questions.
If you want to be competitive at the upper levels, you become slave to your trade. You can prepare some meals ahead which cuts down bigtime, I only eat 5-6 times a day and compared to a normal eating regimine you notice how much time you spend eating every 3-4 hours. I know another guy (natural) who eats every 2 hours.
