my bulking attack plan

here is my plan for when I begin bulking in bout a month:

meal 1: 12 egg whites + baked potato

meal 2: MRP w/ oats + baked potato

meal 3: chix breats + baked potato

meal 4: MRP

meal 5: chix breast

meal 6: chiken breast or tuna

supps:
protein
ALA
glutamine
creatine
myoplex
flaxseed oil

any suggestions/ comments
 
Baked potatos are pretty high on the GI index. You should eat the baked potato with the last meal before your workout and substitute a slower digesting carb, throughout the day, for your other baked potatos. Try brown rice. For breakfast you could eat your eggwhites along with Specail K cereal or sourdough rye bread. No sense in gaining a bunch or unnecessary fat while bulking.
 
i would add some milk in with every meal, as well as snacking on protein rich foods in between meals.


don't forget fiber....
