Cool how long will you be in london for and where are you flying too?

I am flying back home to Houston from Dubai. I only have a 3 hour layover there though. If I wasnt in such a hurry to get home, I wouldnt mind staying a couple of nights there.

No I am actually working 1 more day in Iraq and Im done. Not coming back(to iraq). I wouldnt mind coming back to work in dubai in a few years after I get my petroleum engineering degree. That would be pretty sweet. Or sugarlicious.lol

And what have you taken away from this experience

Two and a half years the first time. Three months this time.

I really dont even know where to begin. There are so many mixed feelings that you aquire like

Was it necessary that we deployed troops over here? Yes, pretty much innevitable

Was it worth the money that us and our kids will be paying for the funding of this war? Yes and No Yes because it had to be funded, but no because of the waste of taxpayers dollars that I have seen go to waste. Take KBR for example: Hundreds of the guys that carry the job title LABOR FOREMAN, ride around in a truck all day following around Third Country Nationals and Local Nationals that pick up trash, waste water and other labor related tasks. They never even get out of their truck all day. The main purpose of this is to keep an eye on these TCN and LN workers. What were to happen if one tried to pull some attack? The labor foremans dont carry guns or anything, so how can they justify this. What could they possibly do to stop them. So these guys make roughly 70k a year which the government pays for. A waste. This is just one example of the reason why the cost of this war is so much. Not to mention all the kickbacks, bribes, price gouging that goes on. And its not just Contractors its also military. They constantly throw away brand new supplies simply because they dont need it. Or they are deploying back to the states and they have to clean their area up, so they just throw everything away. It is like this throught all the bases in Iraq and Afghanistan. It will be years before the US will recover from this.

i have 4 or 5 scoops of cytosport vanilla whey protien mixed with 16oz of skim milk (switch to water after new years. . .less carbs) and a pot of coffee. . .

It is nice because usually we get Carolers to the door - I like to serve them hot tea and stuff; its all good fun.

I served Tequila, Jack and Stoli last year. After a few shots they started ripping their clothes offf and singing "Play that Funky Music Whiteboy" out in the street. A good time was had by all...

I wish I had strippers on my street - I definitely would do that too.
