nothing special, i just always try to focus and connect mind with muscle until i feel the pump.

if u can not get a pump: USE LEIGHT WEIGHTS AND DO IT IN VERY SLOW MOTION.

u do not quit until u get pump!

NYC Boy deserves the flame. Mods don't flame unless the recipient has it coming guys.
 
Not to get into an arguement on the pics board, but the handel NYC BOY has a registration date of August 2001. And mods do flame people all the time, they're humans too (except for Warik). You hang out on the chat board, it happens a lot.
