My 90 day progress (pics)

Well it's been a great 90 days. After 6 years on the couch feeling bad about my broken arm and not being able to train, I stopped making excuses and got back into the gym. I knew if I didn't do something I was on the fast track to an early grave! So, here are my pics from my first 90 days and I am looking forward to the progress I make in another 90 days!

Thanks for all the support and kind words along this journey. I must say, that I have never been flamed during this process only encouraged and motivated! Also, thanks to so many for the sound advice!

nice work, your lats are starting to show nicely in that last back pic. also, your scar looks beastly, what is it, about 12 inches?

What do you think is the major cause of all this weight loss?

Thanks everyone!!!

I followed a strict diet and lifted as intensly as I could while rehabing my arm and joints. I did little to know cardio. I also did a couple short clen cycles. From the first pic to the last I only lost 15 pounds! I am trying to put them back on. I want to be 250lbs @ 10%!

I got the scar from surgery (two 8 inch plates and 28 screws) after a broken arm. I broke it armwrestling!

Thanks! I am really in freak out mode right now!!! I have been eating very clean for 120 days and I really want something that tastes good NOW!!!!

My wife is preparing for a competition so I am trying to be supportive and not have any bad food in the house but it's hard.

I want a cheeseburger or some pancakes!!!!

I am sick of chicken, steak and veggies!!! But, I will stay strong and eat right!!!

well giving in can be beneficial in keeping you sane - i remember a few times i binged, but i got right back on track after - probably becuase of the guilt, and no harm done - still got to where i needed to be.

just dont make a habbit out of it.

I agree you have to reward yourself everyonce in awhile and shock that body.
