I followed a strict diet and lifted as intensly as I could while rehabing my arm and joints. I did little to know cardio. I also did a couple short clen cycles. From the first pic to the last I only lost 15 pounds! I am trying to put them back on. I want to be 250lbs @ 10%!
I got the scar from surgery (two 8 inch plates and 28 screws) after a broken arm. I broke it armwrestling!
