My 5 months Ckd Results

Just finished my second ckd after a "bulk" that went bad.. again. Not that I packed on a whole lot of size but I got stronger at the cost of gaining massive ammounts of fat and it wasnt that many calories either. I did initially increase my kcals from 2400 to 3000kcal in 200kcal steps evey 2 weeks, high protein diet( 300p, 160-250c, 60-80f) on a 3day 5x5 schedual and low the lower range carb intake the days off. On the days on I put all those extra carbs in the post workout drink, which I think was the big mistake since I trained rather late. Also did a test which showed I had normal-low range testosterone and tsh in the middle of the normal range, Im 23 years now.

I started this April this year, since I finished my last diet I had gone up from ~9-10% bf to almost 17% in 6 months. Im happy to have achieved about 10-11% in 19weeks, but with the help of a lot more "supplements" than last time.
Also powerwalking for at least an hour 6x a week for the initial 17 weeks, working out 4x a week and a more agressive diet-approach than last time.

Was initially goin to cycle ephedine and clen but decided against it. Basically because I feel more energetic on ephedrine and got adviced to use clen last 4 weeks which I didnt try last time.

I did a bio-impedans meassurment and it showed 16.6%, its not really a good method and could be a little off but I think its pretty right, this time..

Thax alot for all the kind words, I forgot to mention that I did 2-4mg of Stanzolol the last 3 weeks :worried: . Planned right now is a ckd bulk for lean mass, I will attempt to put on some size on back and chest which are my worst bodyparts, as someone pointed out legs are my best bodypart, though the calves really need getting hammerd.

Basically gonna try one week cycles with 24h+ carbup. Working chest/back twice a week.. one day heavy after carbup and one day light before carbup, legs+calves and arms+shouldes are the other two workouts. So Ill be working mon, tue, thu and fri with carbup late fri-sat.

Already increased my intake to 2400kcals which Im going to stay at for a while and see what happends.
I might do a d-bol bridge @ 10mg for a couple of weeks this autumn with hGH.
I will stay lean this time!

and are you the same guy who posted before a similiar thread? from Mr. X's board?
 
Will attemt to answere all the questions, TRUEsoldier - I believe theres a webpage called c-k-d.com also, bodyrecomposition.com is also a good one and mr.X forum massmonsters.net.

Razorguns- I reallt didnt like clen that much, ephedrine worked a lot better on me. I monitored my heartrate and bloodpreassure and I had a rate of 85-90bpm and bloodpreassure at 100/55, my resting heartrate is normally around 60 and bloodpreassure 120/80.. really didnt like the effect vs. poteintial sides.

Well ratio fat to muscle was at least 5:1 so it was pretty bad, I weigh 175.5lb when I measurred 9.8% last year in october from then it was outhill getting worse and worse.. I wasnt able to stay lean that time.. when I meassured in at 16.6% with 14.5lb of pure fat in 6months I knew it was time to cut.
