I come to you not as a former mod, not as a wannabe strongman who is skinnyfat and weak, not as woman-hater, not as a femal coworker sexer-upper, not as a rail banger, not as a spiked-up EyeTie, not as a stubborn argumentative prick, not as any other perception you may have had of me over the years.

I come to you as a member of the EF community who had enjoyed my time here immensely. Someone who has made some e-friends, made some real life friends, made some e-love, made some real life love, made some e-enemies and ditched Lestat's attempt at a potential meat-up.

I am here to ask you...no, to urge you....no, to BEG you. This place is not a whole lot of fun. Some people (RIP paisan) may even call it "geigh". This board is a living, breathing, and lately, sucking organism that is a direct reflection on each and every one of you. Yes, we all know - "it's jus the internets". C'mon now, who are you kidding? It's another form of real-time communication. Wodin, when the telephone was invented, did you act differently on the phone and say "it's only the phone"?! Of course not.

We are all connected now, we are all a part of each others' lives. Please, I am begging of each and every one of you - ask more of yourselves. Fuck that - demand more. This place is being overrun by insecure, unoriginal, boring content that just isn't worth a whole lot. Sure, there will be stupid posts slapped around, but this used to be a place where wit, charm, insanity, hate, dimentia, and humor came together to provide one hell of an entertainment experience. And while we still have bits of that randomly splooged throughout C&C, they get lost too easily in a sea of bullshit.

"Name the EF member..." - blah, blah, fucking blah. Stop making these posts. They are unoriginal and really do nothing but give the attention whores another place to attention whore it up.
"Guys / Gals" - yeah, we get it. guys are assholes, girls are sluts and needy. Now, I am as guilty of this as any of you. I am going to demand more of myself from now on. No more bitching about chicks unless it is wrapped in a witty "throw you in the trunk of my car, chop off your foot, have sex with your ankle in front of your chihuaha and then snort coke until I cry" type of package that supplies you guys with humor.
"hey frisky" - FUCKING DIE IMMEDIATELY. stop making PM threads and/or threads with "hi" in the message. it is clutter, man. stop it. or die. actually, "and" die. we all joke about the attention whores but you really are sending these wildebeasts into society and fucking it up for the rest of us. shut the fuck up, donny.

"karma is my God" - karma used to be so much friggin fun. monster hits, multiple hits, hidden 10,000 reply threads in the music forum. it used to mean something. now it just sucks. stop talking about it and make it fun again. it would be awesome if everyone would just go back to zero and start over right again.
"hey girl, you look great, I love you" - put the donut back in your mouth, soklu. enough of the sisterly love shit already. nobody wins in that situation - you just end up hurting the weak if you try to be delicate with them and stroke their broken ego. let them fall to rock bottom, then kick them again. this is when they will find their true character and become a real person. holding them up with a piece of kleenex will just hurt them more in the end.

So what you are saying is that if the content in this place sucks.... We should look at ourselves, the guys and gals who make the threads and reply to them. Not put blame on GS who makes less than 1% of the posts here (his are actually entertaining).

I think that’s a pretty new approach. Asking members to be responsible for the content of their forum. I have to say… I like it.

Well if you've read some of the threads lately, much of the calamity has been a result of people not thinking before they post. If they don't think, their post will be misinterpreted. FG and many other women many take that comment seriously even though I don't think you meant for it to be. That's what I mean by misinterpreted. Just letting you know. :)

its been done over and over and over, and over agin. ive even done it.

ive come to the conclusion that usually when someone post like this, its really a reflection upon the poster. and ive felt the same way many times here. i take a break and come back.

nothings changed here, not since ive joined, it goes in cycles. its the person posting that changes.

we are not all going to come together as one big happy group and start posting collectively to where everyone enjoys the place.

Is all the swearing necessary? In order to get your point across, do you have to be rude? Would you talk this way to your mother, your sister, a stranger off the street or the girl in the checkout line at the grocery store?

But I find it a little hypocritical of you to talk about girls the way you do.

look, I talk about the truth. lying or making things all nice and pretty is useless and only ends up hurting people in the long run (as I stated in my original post).

your last point isn't really a point, because I never said girls in my avi weren't attention whores or whatever or that I respect them. so there's really no hypocrisy there.

I judge people based on what they show. sorry if the truth hurts. there is no pride in lying to people and being "nice" all the time. people will never better themselves if everyone around them just fills them with bullshit and fluff (as you can tell, I grew up in a "tough love" household, so I have learned all this through experience).

if you really want to get real about the way I speak about women on EF and the way some women on EF portray themselves (constantly talking about getting "fucked", sending out MASS naked pussy shots, sending out MASS pictures/vids engaging in sexual acts), then we can. I got all the backup in the world to make valid points.

All I ever asked for was logic based on evidence and REAL actions. I don't do "nice" fluff very well.

and also, if we can get logical for a moment (I know, stupid me) - judging people as nice is inherently no different than judging them as sluts/assholes/whatever. You are still judging someone. Why must the default always be "positive"? It makes no sense.
