I am proud to be on the same board as someone of your caliber my man...and we have a mutual friend in Peru who was wondering how you did...I shall pass it along...I wish you the best in all your future contests....

You have done great thus far on an amount of gear that wouldn't get most guys a top 8 finish on the state level. That alone is something to be proud of......although you may have been humbled abit, whatever you do, don't lose your shape(don't put on too much weight too fast) or you can wreck your whole look....it happens way to much on your level........Think of the Shawn Rays-Kevin levrone etc..and how many years they have been doing it----Their are a ton of massive freaks out their that will never get past the state level(just don't have the symmetry and never will) just don't be in a hurry to get your weight to the top of the heavies or you could find yourself in the superheavy weight class and loose a lot of your shape and instead of worrying about putting on weight, you will be worrying about how can I get my "GH"gut(waist down)--- be proud and take it slow-----peace

Wise words! Yes I will do it smart. This year was the first year I was happy with my shape and I do not want to lose that.

Quadsweep congradulatons on your accomplishment and just revamp things things for next year. One way you have to look at this sport is that really the only person you are competiing with is your self. The judging is so subjective. You never know if they want you to come in hard and shredded or full and tight. I competed this year in the junior nationals as a light heavy weight and I saw what a big step it was from the regional shows. I took 15 th in the jr nationals and I accomplish that 16 weeks clean because people promised you the world but always end up screwing you in the end. Next year all varaibles will be in place and you never know we may be standing next to one another on stage perhaps. My goals are top 3 at the junior usa and top 5 at junior nationals and then I will decide from there what game plan is. ALL one can do is go back to the drawing board and see what changes can be made to come in bigger, harder and tighter with out distorting there shape. I want to wish you the best of luck and may be I'll see ya on stage

currently i'm 205lbs at under 5% bf at hope to get to 220 at 5% by march before starting my run. My receptors will be wide open and ready to go. now I'm experimenting with 1-test for 6 weeks and off four 4 and then do it for 6 weeks again off for 6-8 weeks right in to precontest cycle !!

here is my cycle for my next show

week 1-10 fini 75 mgs every other day
week 1-8 eq 400 mgs a week
week 5-10 50 mgs winni every day
week 1-8 3 ius gh straight through cut 2 weeks prior

Message to all the newbies

Drugs are just an aid to helping you to recovery. They will never take the place of hard work, dedication, proper dieting, training and sufficent rest Instead of upping the dosages re-evalute your nutrition and training variables first to see what you can tweek before raising the dosages of the drugs
take care
