Thank you. I try to be smart about the anabolic use but as you start looking around at this level you see it is a dose related situation. It is like Slin use, I said I would not do it again and I am. I am going to use GH too. It is just how it is. I will try to use all in as much moderation as possible and still achieve the results I need. I will give all I can that is for sure.

Quad, I gave you some Karma on your great attitude regarding your results at the USA's. Look, things are never won in a day, and for bodybuilding with all the politics involved, it could take years before you make it big, if that's your intention. Learn from your mistakes, train hard, and come in looking your best for the next show. I have the same attitude right now for my next show in November, and I wouldn't go at it any other way.
