Quadsweep congradulatons on your accomplishment and just revamp things things for next year. One way you have to look at this sport is that really the only person you are competiing with is your self. The judging is so subjective. You never know if they want you to come in hard and shredded or full and tight. I competed this year in the junior nationals as a light heavy weight and I saw what a big step it was from the regional shows. I took 15 th in the jr nationals and I accomplish that 16 weeks clean because people promised you the world but always end up screwing you in the end. Next year all varaibles will be in place and you never know we may be standing next to one another on stage perhaps. My goals are top 3 at the junior usa and top 5 at junior nationals and then I will decide from there what game plan is. ALL one can do is go back to the drawing board and see what changes can be made to come in bigger, harder and tighter with out distorting there shape. I want to wish you the best of luck and may be I'll see ya on stage

Drugs are just an aid to helping you to recovery. They will never take the place of hard work, dedication, proper dieting, training and sufficent rest Instead of upping the dosages re-evalute your nutrition and training variables first to see what you can tweek before raising the dosages of the drugs
take care
